The “Static Map” is a ready to be used map that shows an individual location/post on the map. The plugin provides a custom shortcode to display this map. It’s aim is to be added inside the single post page. When used inside the single post page, the map will automatically display the current post on the map. When used outside of the single post page, the shortcode requires providing the ID of the post to display and that’s all it needs to work. This map should look like an image map!
